Edu Fun is a manufacturer and can supply directly to retailers and distributors and Individuals.


WHO CARRIES EDU-FUN PRODUCTS?

You may call customer service and ask a representative or enter your postcode on the Edu Fun website to find local distributors in your area.


DOES EDU-FUN SELL REPLACEMENT PARTS?

Edu Fun policy is to provide replacement parts usually free of charge, depending on the fault or integrity of the product. Please refer to the terms and conditions for policy on warranty and returns.


WHERE ARE EDU-FUN PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

The site of the Edu-fun factories in the 10th Ramadan City, Egypt, and we can distribute to all parts of the world


IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

Please call and speak to your nearest Edu-fun representative for more information on minimum order quantity requirements. Subject to availability and transport/logistics.


CAN ITEMS BE CUSTOMISED OR REBRANDED TO SUIT CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS?

The product is presented to the technical department at the factory to express an opinion, and the result is as follows:

  1. Approval of manufacturing the product with specification Product and determine the selling price and manufacturing period.
  2. Not agreeing to manufacture the product without stating the reasons for this.

Shipping

Back order procedure

From time to time, when goods are not all available for delivery at the same time, a back order may result. This should not incur secondary freight charges unless previously discussed with client or the client is not ready to accept goods with the first delivery of order.


Lead times

Estimated delivery times may vary and are subject to work load and transport/logistics availability.


Payment terms

Are 14 days from delivery or payment prior to shipment. This will be negotiated at time of order. Direct deposit or cheque payment is required. A 50% deposit of the total outstanding order amount (excluding VAT) at time of order is required.
